At the Restaurant of the Falco d'Oro Hotel personally run by us, the Bertoni family, we offer you a wide range of homemade fresh pasta dishes, all made with skill, while respecting the traditions and using quality ingredients. Every day, you will enjoy the deliciousness of handmade fresh pasta, topped with appetizing and wholesome sauces, and delicious meats, such as the famous "Cotoletta alla Bolognese".
Tortellini, baked lasagna, tagliatelle, passatelli, grilled meat: lunch and dinner become a celebration of tradition with family recipes!
Among other traditional dishes, we also prepare you gnocco fritto and tigelle (small, crescent-shaped bread), to be enjoyed with local cold cuts such as pesto alla modenese (pork lard spiced with garlic and rosemary).
